Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and high-resolution photos of the sword to confirm it remains in its original, unsharpened condition.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack the katana in its original wooden crate or protective box, ensuring the blade is properly oiled and secured to prevent shifting during transit.

  Shipment and Tracking

  Affix the provided return shipping label and drop the package off at an authorized carrier; please retain your tracking number for security.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master smiths verify the integrity of the returned item, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
